Exactly 10 years ago, on May 22, 2010, a developer named Laszlo Hanyecz bought two pizzas for 10,000 BTC.

The day is now known as “Bitcoin Pizza Day.”

With one Bitcoin now worth around $9200, the total price paid for the two pizzas is approx. $92 million.
